NWCR (KCLA) series li-ion battery mining lamp charger rack
NEW (2008-06)
NWCR series rack of Lithium battery miner's lamp is applied the most modern electron technology, made from technical parts, specially made for mass recharge for the lithium ion battery miner's lamp.
Features:
a. we apply the advanced switching power supply design, no power supply transformer; automatically complete the charging process, easy controlling and maintenance, save time and resource, save cost, bring the mine good economy benefit.
b. to watch and control with each unit individually. Automatically transform from constant current to constant voltage; and to watch and control with the voltage and current continually, automatically stop charging when watch with the full capacity.
c. the charging it is high efficiency and save energy with a little rise of the temperature in the Li-ion battery. So it is better for longer the life of the lamp by using our charger equipment.
d. special circuit design makes it fit for wide range voltage input, require lowly for the power quality, can well work in the fluctuate power net.
charging theory:
Stable current stable voltage charging, the charging current is 1500mA
¡À150mA, voltage is 4.30V ¡À0.05V in each charging unit. Charging time is about 6-8 hours. The circuit designed with perfect watching and controlling system, able to automatically watch and control charging process. At the beginning of charging it is stable current charging at 1500mA
¡À150mA, the charger indicator is red color. When charging voltage reaching 4.30V, automatically turn to stable voltage charging, at this moment the battery is charged about 70%, current is starting decrease step by step. When the battery is charged enough it automatically powered off to stop charging and charger indicator display as green color. (Note: you can charge at any time, no need to wait to charge after use up the power, bring forward charging is better for prolonging the life span of the battery).

Charging Theory:
The Lithium-ion battery makes use of both constant current and constant voltage charging methods. The charging current is 1500mA ¡À150mA; voltage is 4.30V ¡À0.05V with an approximate charging time of 6-8 hours. The circuit is designed with a steady state charging and control system which automatically regulates the charging process. For a discharged battery a constant current charge is employed at 1500mA ¡À150mA (the charger indicator light is red). When the charging voltage reaches 4.30V, the battery switches to a constant voltage charge (at this point the battery is approximately 70% charged) and the current gradually decreases. When the battery is sufficiently charged it automatically cuts off the circuit to protect the battery from over charging (the charger indicator light is green).
Note: It is not necessary to wait until the battery is completely discharged before charging. Charging can be undertaken whilst the battery is at any capacity and it actually prolongs the life span of the battery if charging is completed prior to complete discharge.
